Based on medical necessity, the ONSTIM Treatment is covered by most insurance carriers. Below is a list of insurance carriers providing coverage for our patients. Our staff will help you get the approval and demonstrate medical necessity. This is typically required by most carriers and Medicare.
If you do not see your carrier, please contact our office and we will help you determine if your insurance will provide coverage for the ONSTIM Treatment. In the event that your carrier does not provide coverage, please review our Cash/Finance options.

ONSTIM Treatment Cash Pay and Finance
Our staff will work with you to get insurance approval. But if your insurance carrier does not cover the ONSTIM Treatment, we have two other payment options:
Cash Pay – this is payment for the procedure by either cash or credit card.
CareCredit – we offer the CareCredit finance plan to pay for your ONSTIM procedure. Our staff can help you connect with CareCredit to facilitate this payment option.
